Many roller holders are made of plastic, which can expand or contract with temperature fluctuations. If placed in heat or direct sunlight, the plastic may expand, potentially loosening and releasing the roller ball. This can result in leaks or spills and may also expose the oil to excess air, hastening deterioration.
With these precautions, your oils will maintain their potency and your roller bottles will remain secure and effective for longer periods.
