U'i aka Pink Ginger Perfume Oil Blend

This Floral Perfume Oil are comes in a 5ml or 10 ml glass bottle and is topped with a rollerball.

USE AND CARE:

Because floral perfume oils are concentrated, rolling on too much oil can be overpowering.  Roll on a little at a time until you find the right strength for you.

Keep your oil out of sunlight.

RETURNS:

We LOVE our oils, but if you are not satisfied with your order, simply return your order within 5 days of receiving it.

SUBJECT: Satisfaction Guarantee Return Request

In the body provide your name, address and a photo of the products. We will email you a shipping label. Once we receive your order, we will issue you a refund.

The return will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the costs of packaging, labor, and credit card fees we have incurred. The balance will be refunded in the same manner of payment.

 

EXCHANGES:

To ensure the best quality, we do not accept EXCHANGES.

This policy is to ensure that you get safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered products that have not been contaminated by any outside sources.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

You have 10 days from the day you receive your product to File a Defective Merchandise Claim.

Your claim will be reviewed and if further information is needed, we will respond accordingly. However, if there are no questions on your claim, we will provide you with a replacement.

Yikes, Did we make a human error? We apologize in advance if we get it wrong! Although we do our best not to muck up your order, if we do, we will correct it at no cost to you.

No Returns or Exchanges on Sale or Clearance Items.
