    We LOVE our oils, but if you are not satisfied with your order, simply return your order within 5 days of receiving it.

    File a claim by emailing us at infor@fromhawaii808withaloha.com. In your email, provide the following:

    SUBJECT: Satisfaction Guarantee Return Request

    In the body provide your name, address and a photo of the products. We will email you a shipping label. Once we receive your order, we will issue you a refund.

    The return will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the costs of packaging, labor, and credit card fees we have incurred. The balance will be refunded in the same manner of payment.

     

    EXCHANGES:

    To ensure the best quality, we do not accept EXCHANGES.

    This policy is to ensure that you get safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered products that have not been contaminated by any outside sources.

     

    DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

    You have 10 days from the day you receive your product to File a Defective Merchandise Claim.

    SUBJECT: Requesting a replacement for defective product.

    In the body explain the defect and provide your name and mailing address along with a picture of the defect.

    Your claim will be reviewed and if further information is needed, we will respond accordingly. However, if there are no questions on your claim, we will provide you with a replacement.

     

    ORDER ERRORS

    Yikes, Did we make a human error? We apologize in advance if we get it wrong! Although we do our best not to muck up your order, if we do, we will correct it at no cost to you.

    SUBJECT: ORDER ERROR

    In the body explain what we got wrong and provide your name and mailing address along with a picture of what you did receive.

    Your claim will be reviewed and if additional information is needed, we will request it. However, if there are no questions on your claim, we will provide you with a replacement.
